We have booked all the rooms we had blocked for the reunion.. Need to put out an eblast for folks to go to the alternate hotel list. I contacted the mgr. at the Inn on Barons Creek. As we get closer to the event date he will open up more rooms . So attendees should reserve alternate hotel rooms now. Checking with the hotel 4-6 weeks out and they my get accommodations at the venue hotel.
Backup to the Inn on Barons Creek.
These hotels are all within a mile or less to the venue hotel.
