Our Halibut for 2018 is now less than thirty (30) days away.
Each Halibut reunion allows us the opportunity to make new Halibut crew friends and renewing past friendships. Meeting their families and friends is always a bonus.
DO NOT MISS THIS NASHVILLE HALIBUT REUNION.
Exciting adventures begin:
Sunday October 7th – Register and sign in at Halibut welcome table, receiving “Welcome Kits” provided by Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp that will include several very interesting items. Plus, details of daily meetings and activities.
Halibut hospitality suite will be open and ready to personally “welcome” all attendees. Sharing Halibut stories begins this evening and continuing throughout the week!
Monday October 8th – Morning gathering in hospitality room.
9:00 am – Bus tour of Nashville departs. This is a great tour that focuses on many of Nashville’s points of interest.
Hospitality room remains open for more Halibut stories.
Tuesday October 9th – Morning gathering in hospitality.
Most of this day is set aside for personal travel of Nashville.
6:00 pm – Buses depart for Grand Ole Opry entertainment night! This evening of entertainment premises be an evening for all to remember for years to come!
Hospitality room open for fun and more Halibut stories.
Wednesday October 10th – All Halibut shipmate meeting in hospitality room for Halibut business meeting. Please plan to attend this important meeting.
Official group pictures will be taken in dining area prior to dinner being served.
Note: Cash Bar in banquet room will open one hour prior to serving dinner.
Halibut Banquet Dinner served in Maxwell House restaurant located on top floor. Windows on all sides provide beautiful view of Nashville’s night lights.
Exciting guest speaker will share deep diving experiences.
Truly a night to remember!
Thursday October 11th – PICK UP GROUP PICTURES – CHECKOUT
We the 2018 Halibut Reunion Committee wish all a safe trip home.
